  • At 653 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
    extending from 4 miles southeast of Clemson to 4 miles east of
    Anderson to 12 miles northwest of Abbeville, moving northeast at 50
    mph.

HAZARD…70 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to
mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

    Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, Easley, Clemson, Columbus,
    Greer and Mauldin.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…

Scattered trees and power lines will be blown down in the warned
area. Seek shelter inside an interior room.

Conditions are favorable for the development of brief, weak
